Debra Pearse is an Authorized Independent Representative and Registered eFile Representative for Revenue Canada. She has met strict protocol to ensure client confidentiality and security as an income tax specialist. She has been working in the personal income tax preparation and accounting industry for well over 30 years.

Debra initially started her career working with a well respected Chartered Accountant firm in Toronto. Upon moving to Barrie and after the birth of her first son in 1992, Debra decided to start her own company “Business Solutions”. As Debra’s family has grown up, so has that of her client’s. She is now taking care of a second and third generation’s tax returns as families have grown and changed over time.

When COVID hit in early 2020, Debra’s innovative and forward thinking mindset prompted her to immediately restructure her business to 100% virtual and non-contact to ensure the safety of her clients. With the implementation of a secure Cloud Based Virtual Tax Portal, clients could now easily submit their tax documents from the comfort of their own homes and Debra could safely and efficiently take care of her client’s tax preparation needs.
